They communicate so sleazy. I canceled a ride today because I accidentally scheduled it for an incorrect time. They charged my the totally price with an hour notice and within 5 minutes of scheduling my ride. They happily agreed to cancel my ride with no communication of a full charge. The phone people are rude every time I talk to them.
