Love the single use card

I been using this apps for years to send money to my family however this 2 days the app is not working properly. I been doing transfer every months. Please fix this as it kept asking to input password when I got redirect from other app. Re input password not the problem but it doesn’t allow me to click Okie and already pop up can’t connect. When I try to just log in it’s fine but it got redirect it doesn’t allow me which is really concerning as been using for years now I can’t send money.

This is a very convenient app to send my from Hong Kong, but it doesn’t work from outside Hong Kong. Students like me who are studying in Hong Kong they use this app, Since it needs Hong Kong ID to log in, it should facilitate to work from around the world.
