The app can’t even do “forget password”, it requires me to call hotline, and Hotmail never have people pickup calls. When we I decided to stop waiting after 15 mins and leave message, it says “the mailbox is full, goodbye”!!!!!
I just ask for application reference number but the hotline always busy. At last I contacted them by email.
After looking at the review I see that people are frustrated with the app password problems. I’ve just started using the app after the update and it is fantastic. Easy to use, quick and speedy transactions and was very easy to get approved. I recommend this credit card and app for sure.
