As far as slot apps go this one is fine...nothing more. They utilize different companies to stream “machines” through and as a result games that are considered “high limit” are often cheaper than “regular” games. No internet connection is strong enough for this app. I always have to switch on and off between cellular data and WiFi which results in interrupted play. It’s often clunky, unorganized and painfully, obviously trying to get you into their physical casino with no tangible rewards for time put into the app like other apps do (at least MLife in Vegas tries). I highly suggest that San Manuel starts offering actual rewards for app slot play. And let me just say it....the wheel we get to spin every four hours... 100-1 million...and literally no one I know has ever hit more than 5,000?! It’s insulting. Set more realistic standards San Manuel. We’d rather not hear how you really feel about us.

Wrote an email to CS under my main email addresses about not receiving 5000 bonus for a few days. They could find account under AOL (2000) gave them Gmail account which I logged in with Facebook which was the one with my 528k credit. They never gave me a choice of email to use and could see that was the Gmail account was active. SM CS completely closed the Gmail account stating rule you can only have one account and funds could not be transferred. (I was not aware of this rule). Today I only have 640 credits. Three stars is being generous. The worst part could not talk to anyone on the phone or have s Supervisor call or text me back. shellbf

You have to sign up on their page and make an account with them before you can play this game!! The game does not work when there's a weak cell signal or there's no cell signal at all, nor does it work while in your iPhone is in "Airplane" mode, I have the 256 gb 7plus. The main reason why I got this game was to play it on the plane or in the terminal or having to have a long trip or wait. (also the game, for some reason, has to have a fast data connection for it to work, a fairly fast data connection of at least 25mbps download speeds or 4G LTE data speeds or faster makes the game take a long time to load but on my home wi-if, it is at 100mbs download speed and the game boots right up) The game loads fine when there's the fast wi-fi or cellular data service, but it's not a good or anyone who wants to play a game like this while either waiting on takeoff and during anytime in flight where there's no wi-go or 4G LTE data available. It also takes a long time to load when there's any other kind of cellular data service speeds other than 4G LTE or wi-fi with at least 25mbps download speeds..
