Updated review
The app was crashing every ten seconds for weeks that made it unusable. I guess they released a new update and it’s now working perfectly.

Crashes
The app use to work fine but now after loading up my cameras within 10secs it randomly crashes and closes the whole app out. I tried uninstall it and reinstalling it but having the same issue. It’s not my phone I have a promax 16.

No video
Video won’t play on the app, only the desktop. What’s the point of the app. Spent months back and forth with the tech, who kept blaming it on my phone saying they could log in no problem. What a joke. Would give it a zero if I could
