Bhojdeals (Now Bhoj)

I tried to order food and the order went through. I paid for it and everything was okay until they decided to call me and say oh we cant deliver there it wont be delivered. And guess where I got the refund amount? Bhoj wallet…. Paid using eswea if I cant get my food delivered what will I do with that money on the same apps wallet? Next time please make it clear while ordering that the delivery is not possible so that my money is not wasted and I am not forced to use this useless service again.

I have been it’s customer since the 6-8yrs I guess and I have always appreciated their service but along with expansion, came the upsetting day. I finally had opportunity to celebrate Father’s Day together with my dad after 19yrs. It was always over the phone and video calls and Bhoj ruined it flat out!! I kept calling them time and again and I had placed order a day earlier for 9am next day, knowing how busy it wud be on the Father’s Day. I kept calling till 10am!! No one informed me abt the item being unavailable nor abt the delay. I even called at 8:30am to confirm abt the delivery and was still not told anything and finally they called me at 10:40am for delivery and few items being unavailable! By that time, my dad had already left for airport! Had they informed me earlier or even told me when I called, I wud have gone myself to get my orders!! U guys just didn’t care what it meant for people like me who hardly gets to celebrate festivals with family. I don’t think I will ever view Bhoj again in such high regards as I did before coz I will never be able to forget how this day went by!

My journey with bhoj has gone too far . I am kind of regular customer i am happy seeing it getting higher and working very well . It has been the best food app . Sometimes restaurants foods are kind of not upto expectation and sometimes riders are slow but its not always . It happens sometimes which can be neglected but they are doing good job sending food to people door to door . Whenever u feel lazy and dont wanna cook or u dont wanna go out or its raining or any reason it might be bhoj deals will never disappoint u . I hope bhojdeals will grow more and satisfy their customer needs . ❤️
