Most pathetic booking service. I booked a ticket in urgency. For upto 3 hours before flight time this service couldn’t get a PNR. Since I had to travel urgently, I asked for cancellation so that I could book through MakeMyTrip or Airlines directly. Tried to reach customer service endlessly, there was no response. Sent numerous emails, no response till date. It might be a fake service as well because it’s not possible for a professional booking service to provide no response to customer. I will be filing a case with concerned authorities soon. PLEASE AVOID.

Unfaithful and stupid app ever and very bad customer service, no response even through phone calls or email. Tried to change my international flight to Australia either reschedule or refund from past 15 days no response at all. Most annoying and I am now not sure whether I am getting my money back or not. I have kept plenty of emails to respond me or at least call me to reschedule zero response till now. Pathetic!!! I don’t recommend anyone using this third party and never I am going to use their services. Worst service even during emergency crisis.

I think most dishonest people in the aviation industry. Today i booked ticket for my family after payment and all i could not get my pnr . Tried to call many times to via Customer care no Response initially finally some one just put my phone on hold and could not respond to me despite being holding on call, after hour or two I received a call from via that we can not confirm your ticket as the prices a gone up knowing that i have no where to go now they demand 1584 rs again from me which was just not my fault. On asking the reason they said it is the policy of airline . I feel ditched
