Can’t use the app because I cannot log in. It hangs when I tap on Email/Phone field.

Its indeed a good app. One bug I found is, the registered grievance gets disappeared from the list, automatically after some time. And user needs to logout and login to see the status. During that time, even searching using grievance ID, shows no results. This is confusing and user may end up lodging several complaints in confusion that his/her complaints have been auto deleted. Second bug is the Verification link is being received much delayed and the link validity is only 10 minutes. And once it gets over, one may not receive link using same email I’d, EVER. A BIG BUG which discourages user to use it.
