Simple Mobile ILD

I spent 3 days with the customer service trying to identify the problem. They simply don’t know. I’ve been asked 2 times to leave my alternative number so they can reach out to me, of course never called me back. Waisted time and money on the card…. Oh yes, the customer service convinced me that I don’t have credit, even that I had a conversation of 3 minutes. Me naively purchased more to learn that I had and have enough credit. Used NET10 15 years without a problem….. garbage

I bought 10 dollars international call card, had tried to make a call on this program few times. Every time I tried dial the program and immediately it disappeared. And I didn’t know my call was actually send out or not. In the end, I tried to use dial number to dial my international call and I found my minutes had dropped more than hundred minutes. I guess when program automatically disappear which means it crashed but still use your minutes on background and take unknown ending. By the way, my system is iOS 13.

Title says it all. Worthless. Try to install this app on iOS 11 and scratch every time you open the app. I’ve been trying out many phone companies lately. Was sold this particular SIM card at an Authorized simple mobile dealer Here in Flushing New York, and Roosevelt Street.. So, I was told by him upon purchase that I could call Saipan. Well guess I should have checked the company out buying first scene that they do not even offer international calling to sleep in. Even though it is a USA owned territory. Guess I will just stick with the other worthless company, ultra mobile. At least I can call Saipan with the free credits they give you in your wallet every month.
