We waited for over 45 minutes. Other companies had 3 vans go by. We called several times. The driver did the minimum to help with luggage and when we went to drive out the girl at cashier didn’t want to look at my phone and kept asking for paper we got when we first parked. What’s the sense of having an app if you still want a hard copy? The price was good and this is the first time we had difficulties with them. We will give them another chance but their are multiple options
Due to an unforeseen emergency I had to leave my car at the Midway facility for an additional day. I called to ask what needed to be done to pay the additional fees and was given very good information. When I arrived to get the car a shuttle took me immediately to my car. Upon checking out I discovered I didn’t have the ticket with me but the attendant was very kind and took care of everything. I was on my way home within 15 minutes of arrival. I’ve already made my reservation for my next trip. Would definitely recommend using Park ‘n Fly for efficiency and security!
This was the first time Park n Fly let me down. Not once when I made my reservation did Park n Fly tell me I had to find my own way to the airport after a certain hour at Chicago Marriott location. That was so upsetting so I called a taxi which cost me another $20 I pretty much had to deal with Marriott because Park n Fly was no where to be found. Get back from my trip me and the wife had to wait almost an hour to get picked up at the airport, had to call the hotel 4 times to get the driver to the terminal. Horrible horrible service. To pay almost $70 for Park n Fly service, just to hire another company to take me to the airport and depend on another company to pick me up from the airport was truly wrong.
