If you even THINK about subscribing for this...READ THE REVIEWS. There are MANY MANY people who have been ROBBED by this girl. Somehow some “ghost” has been charging people every single month AFTER they’ve cancelled their subscription. For YEARS. There’s NO customer service. No phone number to call. And when you finally do find an email to contact, no one contacts you back & they continue to charge your account every month. I’ve never heard of a “business” that charges its customers (so it obviously has some type of service team)...that has NO phone number. NO one person to handle any kind of complaints, concerns or even compliments for that matter (if there even are any)....for Gods sakes girl...if someone wants to cancel their subscription....let them f’n cancel!!! You Kardashian’s make PLENTY of money as it is. But that’s not enough?! You have to sink soooo low to where you are literally stealing 3 f’n dollars a months from MIDDLE-CLASS citizens’ bank accounts. We all actually WORK for our paychecks. Unfortunately, we weren’t born with a silver spoon shoved down our throats & has to learn about how to actually earn money by working for it. Not just by posing with a duck lipped puss on our faces and 10 pounds of makeup to make a living. If you want to charge innocent people money to subscribe to your app. Learn how to run the business. And handle it the professional way. Give people their money back!!!! Total low lifes!!

What’s not to love? Seriously- if you find something not to love, quit taking everything so seriously! She’s fun, a little silly, and is working hard on whatever she’s into. Not to mention she’s gorgeous! I love her Cosmetics and have bought some from her app, which was a nice treat. I’d expected it to be at least a bit troublesome somewhere within the process - but nope- all went well. Easy peasy. I love Jordan, too. She’s gorgeous, has beautiful skin like Kylie does, and has a wonderful, soothing voice. Brava, ladies. Keep up the great work.

So I canceled my subscription a long time ago, I was under the impression that I was not gonna get another recurring charge, since I have my credit card under autopay, It went unnoticed for a couple month that I had kyle Jenner app charge my CC, I email customer Service and they told me that my account was still active from my regular Personal computer, since I have log in my laptop, I got a second charge for using the kyle Jenner app/content from my laptop but using the same account, I was told that it was a different subscription and that I needed to unsubscribe from my computer as well to be able to stop completely the charges and that they unfortunately don’t do refunds. That’s how it ended up.
