First Tech Credit Union

Great app, user friendly but the only thing it won’t let me do is make a payment to my account. I fill out all my details and it does not give me an option to select an amount to lodge into my account!! Even when I press “make payment” it pops up minimum €10 but doesn’t give me an option to select or write an amount!! Fix Please!!

I have written to the Credit Union, as this app simply does not function whatsoever on iOS 14.5. At all. Why can’t the app implement Face ID or Touch ID, which is now an industry standard for Irish banking apps? Why is the app so slow? Why isn’t the app functioning on the latest iOS version? Surely as shareholders we all deserve better? AWFUL APP.

Easily accessible and very reliant app.
