7 Minute Workout: Easy Fitness

I’ve had this app for over a year and I love it. Easy to use, good choice of workouts, and I like that it tracks my progress. I was having problems with aggressive popup advertisements even though I’m a paid subscriber so I left a negative review but the developer then contacted me and told me how to reset it. Everything works great again.

Just started it. So far so good. I plan to use it regularly as a second workout from my regular routine. So we’ll see.

This was one of the first apps to make it easy to follow the 7-minute workout published in the New York Times. It’s evolved to incorporate numerous variations. Easy to work in to my daily routine.
