It’s ok just not for me. Everytime you finish a workout, it just says that I’m “Obese” and just constantly reminds me of my weight so I just couldn’t do it anymore. Just overall wasn’t good for my mental health. Would be fine if they had an option to get rid of that end screen.

It is an amazing app that you don’t have to pay for a workout, sure the ones you pay for are probably better but you don’t need to pay in order to get a good workout

I need help with working out and can’t afford a personal trainer nor do i have the time for it! I love the reminders and the tracking. I love that Its a few minutes day but really gets my heart going.
