I simply want to say THANK YOU. Your CCW, Posted! & GunVault apps are the best, and hugely useful‼️ Honestly I don’t know how you manage the constant data-pull it must take to stay current with the constant changes state-by-state. The level of detail provided is really impressive. Big kudos to all of you.
Things that comments say it will do, that it doesn’t: Import data won’t accept the file you exported, in spite of the how-to info. Can’t use the Dashboard, not any of the items. Can only access via the menu at the top corner. Issues: notes section on license section doesn’t properly accept non-alpha characters. Looks okay until you display it, then the junk shows up. Suggestions: I have a 2 person shooting household. It would be nice to be able to visually distinguish which permit belongs to whom, and which gun belongs to whom - visible at the top level.
I like the concept of being able to store all the information on my guns in one place. The other features of this app are less useful to me. The photo features are frustrating. First of all, one should be able to import a photo from another location such as the camera role or a photo storage location. Secondly, the app responds in an incorrect and unexpected way when an attempt is made to view a photo when one has not been provided. Instead of indicating that no photo is available, the app shows the last photo viewed. Correcting, just these two items would represent a major improvement in my opinion.
