I LOVE WUOT and NPR. This app is ok but a bit glitchy. I listen on an IPhone, about three times each morning this app just shuts down. I have to restart the app. It seems to be an issue with spooling. I have tried deleting and reloading the app and still experience this minor problem
I only use this to listen to the news but it always works. Is always reliable. And delivers excellent quality. If only other apps worked as well as this.
The app is more stable but still freezes every couple of days. Also, a big "Return to Live Stream" needs to be added. Reaching for my iPhone, or sometimes when it's in my pocket, the app switches to one of the pre-recorded stories. That's frustrating enough, but finding your way back to the stream needs to be easier to do at a glance.
