WUWF Public Radio App

I listen to WUWF 88.1 .2 for round the clock classical music. The selections they broadcast are always phenomenal and they give you a little music history which is always fascinating. WUWF 88.1 .2 on digital radio in your vehicle and 88.1.2 on their app. I use both to keep my Kraken from emerging 👹

I am a regular listener and love NPR. On the whole, the app provides NPR’s and its own contact well but the app itself does require troubleshooting more often than I would expect: the broadcast sometimes just stops and I have to close the app. Then it will not open at all. Force closing the app and my iPhone doesn’t help. Instead, I have had to uninstall and reinstall it to fix the problem.

After the daily pressures of the pandemic and the need to make it through the day, this app provides me with a passport to an island of serenity. Even the seemingly overwhelming press of events is held in abeyance when I make it to this oasis of calm. Thank goodness for HD radio channels on WUWF.
