When are we going to be able to use the app in Kuwait ?

I have had a brand new car and the app for about 6 months now. It only works about 1/2 of the time. After many calls to and from Bentley they can only say to delete the app from my phone and reinstall it. My wife’s Mercedes app works 100% of the time and can start the car if it is cold outside. With Bentley all I can do is lock and unlock the doors……If it wants to make contact with the car on any given day. Don’t waste your time with this app you will be disappointed.

No roadside assistance. Calls routed to England. No one knows anything. They claim not to be able to track your location. 2 hour and 30 minute wait to get a call back on a tow. System is screwed up. They have the wrong customer info. Bentley is a mess
