IOB Connect-Mobile Banking App

I have come to USA on holiday and find that I cannot connect to IOB connect after facial recognition. It says no SIM found. But for SBI Lite Yono app it gets connected after facial biometrics . I wish IOB Connect can do something about it which will be useful for customers going abroad.

It worked for a few weeks, but now it asks me to register for the app. Once registration is completed, the first time I try to login, it de-registers the mobile number and I have to register again. It goes in circles. It is broken.

App logs me out after when i try to log in. I get an sms that number has been deregistered. Please fix asap
