KVB - DLite & Mobile Banking

Looks like some changes where app no longer works no matter how many times I reinstall it and try registration. Either Get an error unable to connect to server or simply spins forever. I have an NRO account accessing from US withe registered US mobile number in the phone. It used to work ok before some recent changes. Such bad experience right now. My phone doesnt have any vpn or network issues. Other apps and everything works fine, other india bank apps works.

I am an nri in the U.S. I’m using the same US mobile number (registers with KVB) and the correct customer id number. The app will not let me register. It says one or both of these numbers is incorrect. I know that is not true because I am able to use the same customer id for internet banking. Also I receive SMSs from KVB at this mobile number. Now, I recently ported the same number to a new iPhone which uses an eSIm. Is the app not recognizing the eSIM? If so, please fix that. I have the same mobile number issue with KVB WhatsApp also.

The app is very user friendly. Quick transfer of funds and easy to use.
