Investor App by ABSLMF

I made a mistake of trying to invest through this app. Money left my bank account, but there is no trace of any transaction in the app. I called the support twice and got empty reassurances. What’s the point of this app when one has to call customer care and ask for update??? Even worst, even they don’t have any clue!! By trusting this app, I’ve created a new job for myself, instead of earning any return on my investment, now I’ve to get it back from the clouds where it seems to be lost! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

The App is highly unreliable . Whenever one tries to make a transaction ; most of the time it will throw up some irrelevant or incorrect notification and won’t allow transaction despite refreshing it or trying a fresh . ABSL needs to hire a competent IT company to manage this App. A piece of advice to all who use this App , if one needs to make an urgent transaction for any reason , then please go straight to the web site of the ABSL and do the needful , don’t rely on the App else one may miss the time line or deadline.

Very Difficult to Sign-Up for the app... the radio options does not work at all...If u click on Mobile Number u get to enter your PAN number and if u click on verify it gives to enter your mobile number and dats it there is no other way to go ahead as u are not able to click verify option at all... needs a major fix for IOS app..
