Clearly not the only person who has a problem with this app. It adds so much time to our clinic’s intake process, and it would crash in the middle of pictures and measurements. It has gotten to the point of me having to delete the app once a week to “reset” the app for the upcoming week for it to work, and this solution only worked for a week before it stopped saving and syncing the patients’ pictures.

THIS app is horrendous! It does not work! It moves veryyyyy slow! It drains your battery life of your phone. It over heats your phone. It will log out or close while your in the middle of taking a picture or documenting on a patient. It takes forever to load ANYTHING! If your thinking about using this app for your facility DONT!!!! Until change happens.
