Likely outsourced to Asia. It is so sad since it prohibits enjoying and supporting the beautiful arts and culture of this country.

If you’re not from Brazil, your card isn’t going to work online- you’re better off with someone who has a CPF to buy tickets for you because their security system is so good it’s inconvenient.
