Unable to search by customer and view their current subscriptions. You can only search for products and then add them to the customer; not very helpful.
Cannot create quotes, cannot add customers, cannot filter by tech specs… This is certainly no replacement for the web version. if you have a quote already queued up and ready to convert to order or some favorite items that you just want to toss into a shopping cart and have them delivered to an existing customer, this is adequate, but that’s it. I am better off just simply signing in through Safari.
