In Love while Parenting

I love this app! I originally thought this app was just for parent couples to get closer, like those love quiz apps and what not, but it’s actually so much more and I’m glad I stumbled upon it. I love how they gave you bite size information but there major principles that could drastically make a difference w your family dynamic at home. it helped me see my family differently and even myself. Also, it would be awesome if both partners could use this app, but telling you from experience, even if your spouse isn’t on board with it, you can still experience big changes in your house just from you applying the principles! this is what happened to me. I started to approach situations with my partner and with our daughter differently, and it’s like one glass poured into another. He was much more patient and peaceful, thoughtful from just a few days of me applying what I learned and approaching him in new ways about different situations. I recommend all parents get this app! And the information is invaluable. Some family and parent coaches are charging hundreds of dollars for programs that go over these exact principles. It’s a major steal and I appreciate all the hard work this team is doing to get this information out to the masses. It can change a generation of kids! Even teenagers. Thank you again for all the help!

This app was unexpectedly really informative and helpful. I thought I knew about chemicals like oxytocin and dopamine for instance but I was wrong. I didn’t even know about cortisol and realize that I definitely could be suffering from high levels of it which could explain a lot of things. Knowing what I know now from the app, I will learn to implement cortisol lowering strategies to help me in life. As for the actual contents of the app, the experts provide short and engaging videos explaining the basic chemicals and strategies that will lead you to build healthier and deeper relationships. Afterwards, there are little quizzes that check your knowledge which I thought was useful to retain that knowledge. Though this is advertised more as a couple app, I think this would be great for relationships in general, rather that be familial or friendly. Even work relationships could benefit from learning what I did on the app. All in all, I’d recommend this app to anyone in want of improving their relationships with others with facts and knowledge that will benefit them greatly in life in general. Plus, the interface of the app looks great too. I just hope that they add more lessons in the future.

I am so thankful to have found this app. While my spouse and I have a great relationship it is not without it’s rocky stages. We are growing our family from three members to four and I have been feeling anxious about how things will change as we grow. This app will be a wonderful way for us to all stay in tune with each other and to ensure we continue focusing on each relationship dynamic as our family expands. This app provides multiple educational lessons based on scientific evidence which are extremely thought provoking and give the user the opportunity to reflect on how they interact with their significant other and/or children. (Users can also invite their significant others to the app! This allows you to work on your relationship and learn together!). The lessons are organized in stages to give the user the appropriate stepping stones to build a successful and positive family dynamic. The tools provided in this app are definitely going to help my family stay positive, stay supportive of one another, focus on each individual relationship, and increase the effectiveness of our communication with each other as we continue to grow.
