ImmediatePay

This is by far the worst payroll app I have ever been forced to use. It offers the option to take out your money the next day. So as a server I like to keep my money in the app for a couple of days so that it can accurately process everything and then I take it out when it gets close to $500 because that is the maximum you can take out at one time. It commonly takes extra deduction from your paycheck because they apparently do not know how to do math. Anytime you contact support about these random deduction they say it is because they did not take enough money for taxes. However I fail to see how that is my problem. They are so vague, you cannot access pay stubs or anything unless you use a third party app then it’s almost impossible to compare your paystub to you immediatepay payments. This company does not care about the people it represents and it refuses to be any sort of help. Honestly if you let management team ever announces they’ll be switching to immediate pay, get a new job.

Customer service for immediate is terrible and I will give a zero if I could. Every single week there seems to be an issue with me being able to withdraw my funds or not, and the customer service just isn’t consistent as I am being told different things by different people for the same situation. I have constantly requested a phone number for this company. I have yet to get one. Please stay away!

ever since having a newborn, ImmediatePay has been a great relief. But when it was time for emergency diapers and I was low on funds. There was an issue with my ImmediatePay. I reached out to customer service and Alexis got back to me via email within 30 minutes. She quickly and professionally escalated my situation and I was able to make a deposit within an hour. Overall, I am very amazed with my experience with ImmediatePay.
