The game is fun. Sometimes there are glitches when it comes to collecting income tips. The reason for the low review is because of support, or lack there of. I had originally played and had my prestige up to 6 maybe 9. I can’t quite remember. I had made several purchases and also made purchases in my insane using diamonds. When I contacted support it took a day or two to get back to me and the help seem like it was from someone who knew absolutely nothing about the game. They told me I needed to save it and that there was a save button in settings, which there is not. I had saved it and but it didn’t start me where I left off. I had to start over, but some of my purchases via diamonds were saved and some of the purchases I made had saved, extra open hours and characters to help further my progress. I messaged them again and explained this. It took them even longer to get ahold me, days like 4 or 5. They told me purchases with diamonds are not saved, which when you level up your prestige it states in writing that all purchases with diamonds, diamonds, and other purchases will not be affected and saved. Frustrated and disappointed with the lackluster performance of support. What a ioke
It’s okay. I know this company, and have played many of their idle tycoons. They all have this consistency in terms of quality which is cool I guess, but there is some downsides. For one, I knew the game wasn’t going to be exactly like the interactive ad, but I wanted to see how bad it was. It’s not terrible, however progression is atrociously slow. You don’t make enough income to get upgrades which forces you to either wait all day real time, watch ads, or buy premium. Now ads aren’t too bad, especially since they don’t force them on you, but it is slightly pesky. The thing is, I like this company and the games they produce, but they always ask too much for premium. Like normally, i’ll see a game ask $5 at most. I understand that on average, there’s alot of other games out there that’ll ask triple what this company asks, but $10 to remove ads feels a little bit of a hard bargain for me. I don’t see the benefit as I’d be spending $10, unsure if i’ll be willing to play the game forever. I only ever invest in games I can see myself playing in the future. Anyways, that’s all. If you like a time killer this isn’t too bad so I’d give it a shot.
This game is very entertaining to play and it’s actually worth it to buy the no ads pack imo, which is rare for me to see. Once I bought it I really felt I had access to the full content of the game without being forced to keep missing out if I’m not constantly watching ads or buying currency or paying a subscription. One of the few mobile games worth $30~ish dollars to me. The gameplay is fun and I love how each location and upgrade comes with its own unique aesthetic, I like seeing the variety and the change as it really makes you feel like you’re upgrading your place rather than just seeing the exact same things or just having numbers go up. I also enjoy seeing the guests actually do things and use the objects. The art style is simpler but it works very well and is very nice. Overall very fun to play if that’s your style of game. The only downside is that I wish there were more inns, and I hope to see more locations and events added to the game in the future.
