Ideal Flex Work

if you have a dispute with a client, whether wrong or right the “HR” team has no incentive to believe you, they only crack down if you have an issue with a fellow worker. That leads to very obvious issues, the best they can do is not send you to that location again, which a “nicer” form of retaliation. additionally shifts are very hard to come by reliably, they pop up and are snatched so if you have a slow phone, good luck. occasionally you’ll find a good location to work at and if you’re lucky you might be able to work there somewhat consistently, but I wouldn’t depend on this for income; it’s possible but even if you have an *excellent* rating, they’ll drop you on the dime if you get one pissy client who doesn’t like you. that leads to constant paranoia, scrambling to see if you’re going to get a gig before it expires, looking at whether or not it’s at a location that you feel safe or comfortable with, and rolling the dice with the manager of the week. I’ve met nice people, had some easy days, and made money, but frankly that’s true of almost every single job. I don’t recommend it.

THIS AGENCY IS A FRAUD! I do not recommend. The “gigs” are not real. They are sent out randomly once you select, it’s conveniently taken away. Keep in mind there are glitches in the app which causes lag time to get into gigs. I finally got a gig, funny thing it was located in New Jersey. I traveled from New York to New Jersey. I took on this gig thinking that I would get paid out quickly. The gig was on 9/17 at 3pm-8pm. I didn’t receive payment until 9/27. I was told immediate payment once gigs are completed during their interview process. That was not the case here. Allegedly your first payment is sent 10 days afterwards but your following payments maybe sent via quick pay but it’s not guaranteed. I should’ve received about $95 for the gig, instead I received $79. THEN…the funds was sent to the wrong account. I updated my account information several days PRIOR to payment being distributed. I called in to speak to HR aka Kanisha. She was not helpful at all and told me to call in to Payroll. She claims that she couldn’t transfer the call. I had to call in again, to payroll and Kanisha answers the phone. Then she claims she can’t assist although she’s apart of BOTH payroll and HR. I proceeded to send several emails about updating my account and receiving my funds immediately. They sent my funds to the wrong account on purpose. Thanks to Kanisha 😒 If they attempt to remedy it, then I’ll have to wait 10 business days for my funds. This was not my first and last gig.

Personal experience: 5/10 rating.. They’re arnt as many jobs as anyone would think expect. And it’s not due to the season. It’s just not everyone used flex for temp work. So the pickings can be slim. There’s a “on my way” feature you select before you head to ur gig. If you complete all requirements like “on my way” click on in & out at proper times and no problems with client.- they will offer you InatantPay(payment in 24-48hrs) .. but BUT the chances of actually receiving quick pay is so far in my experience.. NOT Likely, and they do charge a hefty fee for letting you have ur money sooner tho I GUARANTEE it can’t cost them more than Pennie’s to do you this favor. I mean I still have chosen the option a few times myself but out of about 8 tries it’s worked twice. And they will not do much to help in customer service end it comes to payments. They will give you the same text book answer over and over.. why? Probably because- if it’s not there money. It’s not there problem. It’s not a bad app to have in ur arsenal. I have every app that offers gigs in my area.. and tho this one can benefit at times.. you start to feel like a pawn to them after awhile. Trust me. Even if you have a problem with a client. JITJATJO will immediately assume you’re at fault and penalize you with out asking you for details. They asume the client is always right. It happens to me and I had to appeal it. Not to mention theirs payment method is out of date. You do you! Give it try or leave them behind. I just wanted to share my Personal Experience with you.
