To the Management and Marketing and Public Relations Team of Coral Level at Iberostar Selection Bávaro Team. I have nothing but gratitude for making my mother very happy and who turns 70 years old in a couple of days. We started with a few hiccups on room 1313 but management and marketing and PR were able to resolve with effectiveness and professionalism. Thank you to the Food and Beverage Team. Food and drink was excellent. To the maintenance team, thank you for resolving our technical difficulties since I had to work during my stay for a few days. ——————-Queremos agradecer a todo el equipo de marketing y relaciones públicas del Coral Level por toda la asistencia brindada por todas las adversidades con la habitación 1313. Staying at Bavarro and so glad I disregarded the negative reviews.. Firstly, the resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff have been so attentive and friendly- from the welcoming we received by Aneuyda -we got into our rooms smoothly and even accomated us putting the rooms together. Fernando got us reservations to all the restaurants we asked for and set us up for an amazing excursion ( whale watching +horseback riding + stopping off at a beautiful beach). The shows are so great- first night was a beach party with professional fire dancers followed by great DJ and the next night was an International Dancing Show- the entire troop was amazing! Then we had a great magic show for both adults and kids! I have to give all the yoga and fitness instructors high marks- so wonderful in every way. Can’t forget Aquafit classes and dance classes with Shaggy and Juan-derful.. so much fun!! So the down side is that the vegetarian food was occasionally not delicious.. bit still was good and the selection in the buffet was extensive for vegetarians.. I would suggest that you prepare food on separate pans for people who are strict vegetarians.. But back to the biggest positive points- the amazing beach- white soft sand - beach is cleaned and we found enough chairs both beachside and poolside ( even though the resort was quite full) and the beautiful blue water- so clean and gorgeous! Our room was so big - very clean, AC worked fine and bed was very comfortable. So relaxing ! Would definitely stay again! Did I mention how pleasant room service was too!!

We love Iberostar and have been coming here many times over the years. We love the nature and animals! People are very friendly and doing their best to make us happy. Entertaining team is always working hard and we enjoy the shows and games a lot! Special “thank you” to Giovanni and Arminda for giving us personal attention! Great food at the major buffet and Japanese restaurant! The only thing we were missing this time was NO Pico de gallo and chips at the beach and pool area (used to be there before!) Also I want to mention to whom it may concern about tons of sea weeds not letting us enjoy swimming in the sea. We understand that it was Mother Nature But for such a huge chain of hotels they could’ve done better job of having more people and machinery to clear the water so we can enjoy the sea! We will definitely be coming back in the future and recommend Iberostar to our friends and family! Anna (Juju) and James (Bond) :)) 😄❤️
