Home Fitness: 7 Minute Workout

I wasn’t impressed with the preview, but decided to try the for-pay version anyway and it’s way better. There’s enough variety to keep me interested day after day. And it’s short enough to do on a work break. They are vigorous enough to make me feel like I got a workout without making me so sweaty that I have to shower before returning to work. There’s no music, but you can play your own over it with the same device. I almost never pay for an app, but I really want to get more exercise into my day, so I went for it and I’m glad I did.

As a former personal trainer and still training for myself, this app give you a great detailed full body workout, in a very short amount of time. I am 52 years old and this is one of the best and quick challenging apps that I’ve experienced. With the built in time keeper announcing the workout and count downs makes this app literally over the top!!!

This is a good workout, however, the app itself needs some improvement. The creepy woman's voice could sound less digital & more legible (took me several workouts before I realized she was saying bicep chair), as well as the voice change halfway through the workout. Also at exercise 9 the prompt voice is no longer there so you need to look at your phone to see what's next. And, the thing that actually really gets me is the misspelling of okay at the end of the workout! I'm mean really, okey???? Keep tweaking this app & it may turn into a keeper.
