HOA tool kit has been a blessing! It was taking a significant amount of time to conduct compliance tours and most of the time we did not have a signal.... by having this off-line format it has expedited tours and allowed us to be more efficient not only with touring but knowing that photos will attach quickly and easily and we can attach multiple photos to one complaint. Thank you!!!

This app seriously is a game changer! The last time I went out to do inspections and had over 50 tickets, it took me 4 hours!! Not with this app. I did that in HALF THE TIME! HOA Toolkit saves me so much time and I only have to use one device! Before I would have service connection issues or the iPad dying too fast. Always a struggle. This eliminates these concerns and our board is super happy that compliance procedures are put in place and we are efficient now!

This app has saved me on average, 25 minutes per community tour, compared with our previous process. The ability to work offline has dramatically decreased the amount of time I’m parked outside of each home issuing notices which is a huge benefit to the privacy of the residents, overall time in the field, and my gas mileage. The map option is great, makes finding addresses a breeze, but also the ability to search (and auto fill) addresses saves time in our newer areas as we are still being developed. I also love the counter, which shows how many open violations are in the community as well as being able to close notices in the field. Huge thank you to the developers of this app, great work!!
