H&M

This is the 3rd time that I have deleted and uploaded this H&M app because it keeps deleting my faves. I called the so-called customer care, and fed the girl some b.s. about why it’s crashing and she agreed. I just hung up. Some dumb girl just answering phones over there. She didn’t even blink at what I was sardonically saying, and just agreed. Please really read these reviews and really fix your app, and really get people in your customer service to actually care and provide real solutions. Yours truly, a future former customer if don’t get your crap together. You’ve already insulted an entire segment of customers with your thoughtless sweat shirt. Can you really afford anymore ineptitude?

I think having all product numbers or order numbers to make it easier to find the specific item would help. Maybe making a specific function for employees to use to help a customer find a specific item easier. As far as the “similar items”, I think it would be awesome to keep the same pattern in that section to better find a print. Otherwise the app is very useful and I do all of my shopping through it!

I don’t like how they only show you one picture of the item selected, even when you open up the details. Whenever i see an item i am considering getting, i have to manually look it up on my internet browser to see how it really looks like on the model because the app only displays the one picture of the item, and it’s never on the model. It also randomly closes me out every 10-15 minutes! Not a great experience with the app, just shop on safari/your regular browser app
