HighRewards: Cannabis Cashback

I was bribed to leave a 5 star review and promised 1,000 points for doing it. So just to see if I would get the points I left a 5 star review but have not received any points. Update: After leaving my 1 Star review 5,000 points were taken from my account. When I wrote a ticket to their customer service I received a response stating I opened a second account which was not true. It takes so long to earn points that I would not have time for a second account. When I told them this they closed my account and I was out of the more than 12,000 points I earned. I earned a $25 gift after about 3 months of using the app to get it and having two people join, which I received 10,000 points for. It took me over 3 months to earn the 12,000 points I had before they just closed my account. You can’t play the games. I keep getting a message telling me that the game is not available in my area. They won’t take long receipts and you can’t take multiple photos of one long receipt. And customer support is a joke. You write them and good luck getting a response. I don’t think there is a customer support service. If they do answer you they will close your account. I had the two people who joined delete the app because of what they did to me. Too time consuming to wait months to get a few dollars worth of a gift card. I would never recommend this app and suggest you don’t download it.

This is a good app, I use other apps to upload my receipts, check ins and play games to earn gift cards so this was something I enjoy doing. So it was a no brainer for getting this app. Everything was fine until I went to redeem my points…. I have a 119 day streak running, I went to update my account to receive my reward and now it’s having issues with seeing my location(everything in settings is checked and confirmed correct) I can’t see any my points, the previous reward I selected is gone and it will not let me choose another reward. Fix your app bugs please
