Unlike the website you can NOT modify or cancel your tickets without having an account , you try to retrieve the account no response , you try to create another and after entering lots of information it just freezes then restarts without creating the account.

I booked for two person round-trip Mecca to Medina I start going to early to train station by taxi. The highways closed because of the king is going to Umrah total highway is closed no moving for more than two hours because of this I delayed my train for five minutes everyone we reach over there. They cannot get a train even their money back. We tried to spoke customer service look our privacy is the don’t refund any money they say to us, some of them are they don’t have money. They are crying in the mud when we try to book it for next day it is high price never been like that. This is robbery company from Europe, not in Muslim country harem place how can they take away peoples hard work for it for no service because of the man-made privacy policy privacy policy copy and paste from robbery Europe or some websites this is not acceptable at all my enemies. I will get my money back from my credit card card company is making much more money every hour, some of them are very very high prices. This is a government train. They taken away poor people money for no services customer service in train station or ticket place. They are not solving the problems. They sell high prices. Try to get commission from that company or government need to review the services, it is better to take a shuttle bus or taxi contract. If if you miss your train, they are not refund your money. Be careful, my friend. They are nightmare.

App crashes multiple times when you try to create and account or book tickets, and when I managed to book tickets, never received the booking confirmation and failed to print tickets on the app. I went to the station to find out that I have no reservation at all, and ended up buying higher priced tickets due to time constraints. Not to mention I had to go through multiple crashes while standing in the station. After all, I get a bank statement for the original reservation that was never on their system per the ticketing officer in the station, and the new reservation i.e double charged on top of stress and burden to get the tickets. Lots of room for improvement. Forget to mention there’s no phone number to contact if you are calling from an international phone, and they respond to email after 2 days!!
