As the leader of the number 2 team in the world I get to complain! Let me start by saying once you learn this game it’s very fun because it’s challenging. BUT there are so many glitches! Support used to be very helpful but just disappeared! So many trophies you don’t get points for. Some of my teammates can’t watch ads to earn rewards. People have lost all of their points. If I wasn’t the leader I would quit.

You really need to fix the freezing that occurs when you’re almost done with a puzzle. The screen either freezes and you can’t select the tile to finish it out. So then you have no choice but to abort and start a new puzzle. You need to fix the intermittent freezing, especially because it seems to occur just when you’re about to complete a hard puzzle. So until you do, I’m barely playing in lieu of deleting the app altogether. Keep avoiding the fixes and that’s where you’ll end up. We tolerate the lengthy ads, some of which are good… But we cannot tolerate a faulty game. Fix it and then I can change this rating.

It’s satisfying, but as someone else said, it’s impossible to beat levels after a certain number without purchasing or watching ads. I’m personally mad because I’ve spent actual money on boosts, gotten pretty far in a level before I’ve had to pause and come back later, only to find out that it does NOT save my progress and exits out of the level! That’s theft of my money. Y’all need to fix it, until then I’m out.
