Overall app is smooth. But Maps shows route for cars and we cannot change it need options like select bike or car route. Map connectivity unreliable every time I have issue getting map displayed on bike. It would be better if it just supported google maps rather. Hope they fix it soon as the only area that needs alot more polishing as its completely unusable right now
I am writing to provide critical feedback on the companion app for my motorcycle. While it offers basic functionality, its performance is not commensurate with the premium quality of the vehicle itself. The application is plagued by several significant issues, including persistent connectivity failures that prevent it from automatically pairing, and a demonstrably inaccurate fuel indicator—a discrepancy I am prepared to substantiate with my own data. Furthermore, the caller ID is ineffective, failing to sync with my contacts and thus displaying all incoming calls as "unknown." The navigation system is also critically underdeveloped, lacking the essential dynamic rerouting capabilities of standard applications like Google Maps. For a motorcycle of this caliber, the digital experience should be equally sophisticated, and I strongly urge your team to address these shortcomings and elevate the app with the advanced features it deserves.
I recently updated to iOS 18, and unfortunately, the app has become almost unusable due to a persistent crashing issue. Specifically, the navigation feature is causing the app to crash every time I try to use it. This issue seems to have arisen only after the update to iOS 18, so I suspect that the new iOS version may have introduced some compatibility issues with the app. Whenever I attempt to use the navigation function, the app freezes for a few seconds before unexpectedly closing. It doesn’t matter whether I’m entering a destination manually or selecting a previously saved location—each time, the app crashes. I've tried restarting the app, reinstalling it, and even rebooting my device, but the problem persists. This issue is incredibly frustrating, especially since the navigation feature is essential for my day-to-day tasks. Given how important this feature is to the app’s overall functionality, it’s disappointing to encounter such a major bug.
