I am writing to report a serious issue encountered while using your new app today. I completed a gas refill booking and the payment was processed successfully. However, after payment the app instructed me to note down the booking ID but did not allow me to take a screenshot of the confirmation screen, and I did not receive any acknowledgement message (SMS, email, or in-app notification). As a result, I have no proof of the transaction or booking reference. This situation is unacceptable for a consumer-facing application for the following reasons: • Lack of a visible, copyable booking ID prevents customers from tracking or verifying their booking. • Blocking screenshots removes a basic method for preserving transaction evidence. • Failure to send an acknowledgement message leaves customers uncertain whether payment was recorded or the booking was placed. Please investigate this matter urgently

Today i had different experience regarding payment by debit card that you have to go to office so you have to stop the car and park and then make payment which was time consuming at Shah & Co at Por. Usually I haven’t seen this practice anywhere. I have some query regarding billing but i am not sure so not complaining of same but next time when i will visit, check and revert.

App automatically signed out after one or two days and every time i need to login with OTP again and again. Secondly KYC functionality failed every time even after completing all the steps. Needs a lot improvement.
