Helbiz Live

I am in the USA and the live stream constantly crashes. I typically end up watching the replay instead, where it pixelates constantly but at least stays on. I use Apple TV and the Samsung app and both are terrible. I have 5 football-related streaming apps and this is the only one that is a problem. I just hope that some other service gets the Serie B broadcast contract next season. The only reason I left two stars instead of one is because there is no other way to watch Serie B in the USA.

I think this is the first time I’ve ever been inspired to write a “review.” This is more of a warning to others than a review. Don’t give this app your money. After being charged I could not log in to the app on my phone, laptop browser or Apple TV app. “Customer service” was less than useless. They first responded telling me they started a ticket and asked for screen shots. After a week of not hearing from them (despite my polite requests for updates)-and after I missed out on games I paid for, the one and only response I got was they don’t offer refunds and talk to Apple. They didn’t even attempt to fix the issue and just said take it up with Apple.

This app should have a search option to look up stuff, like netflix and other apps do. Also add some movies into it :)
