Heartland Bank Mobile Banking

Heartland just responds to all the comments about Zelle not working with a link to instructions that tell you to select options that just AREN’T THERE. That’s why people are saying it’s not working! Re-reading the instructions about nonexistent options does not help, and when am I supposed to call between 8 and 5 when that’s when I’m at work all day? The mobile deposit, as others have stated, has been horribly glitchy as well. It’s 2025 and I need to be able to use an app to bank. I am seriously considering switching banks because of these continued issues.

Phenomenal small to medium size Bank with excellent knowledgeable customer service, friendly staff, equipment that doesn’t breakdown or have interruptions, cash machines that stay full, free checking with no min balances and competitive rates ! Compared to big box Banks…Heartland Bank is far better !

From a UI perspective, the app is polished and modernized to how latest apps are these days. I did the update today and logged in just fine and the steps were straightforward, no issues. The color scheme (light green/white) for all pages are good and haven’t seen any “hard to see” text yet. I like the search and filters feature in the account activity. So far haven’t seen any lag, but I’m sure any bugs or UI fixes can be fixed in the upcoming updates. Great work to the Dev team. Suggestions: - Make the Heartland bank logo on the top left to act as a home button (another way of going to the Accounts tab). - In an Account, after scrolling down far in the activity, allow the user to click the top green banner to automatically scroll to the top for you. - Dark Mode 👀
