Heartify Novel

The first purchase I made was fine, I got my coins and was not having any issues. Once my coins ran out I tried to purchase more and got an error message in the app. The transaction went through based on my Apple transaction log but I never got the coins. Then I tried to get the subscription and same thing happened, the app says the transaction failed but my Apple account shows an active subscription and I got a confirmation email for the transaction. I have reached out to Heartify support but based on previous reviews it appears they are not responsive so I guess my next step is disputing it with Apple. There is clearly an issue with the app that is not getting fixed so beware trying to purchase anything.

Good book variety. Very easy to navigate the app. I wish we were able to earn more points. Hard to earn points to unlock chapters without paying for them. Average chapter is about 35-50points. So the points get used quickly.

I started out reading “Accidental Surrogate for the Alpha” on another app. I have read every chapter, and was supposed to unlock all the chapters I have read, but it never did. Also, at first there was no way of earning hearts by checking in, but now you can, but you have to figure out where to go to check in. The app is not very user friendly. They say it’s cheaper than other apps, but I don’t see it. I think it’s about the same as others as far as cost. Even writing a review, I’m supposed to be able to click a star, but it doesn’t work. I guess I would give it 3 stars. They still have work to do. It is still a new app, so give them time, and I’m sure they will fix it.
