Used it once because I can’t get into my acct online, (saying I need a temporary password for an account I’ve had for 4 yrs) and now when I open it it’s a blank screen. I can’t always get to the post office and I’m not wasting more money calling them.

Screen freezes when i am putting in my telephone number. I just deleted the app. Il carrying on paying over the telephone its way easier. I would have put Zero stars thats what it deserves. Useless as an ashtray on a motorbike

It started off working fine, but then after one or two logins, the screen was black, there is no interaction with the app you’re able to login, but the blank screen is colour difficult to work with. I sent an email to support, five days later, they replied, telling me to reinstall the app, that did nothing, would be great if it worked and they had actual staff that cared.
