Wi-Fi setup completes successfully, but when I select the location and tap Save, I get “Network doesn’t work, please try later.”. My router is already on 2.4GHz. Tried many ways but same error. Haier Help Center told me to use this SmartAir2, but I’ve also seen the developer reply in reviews that SmartAir2 does not connect in Pakistan and users should use the HaiSmart app instead. The guidance from the Help Center and the developer’s statement in the reviews does not match. Please either fix this issue or correct/update the information so users in Pakistan know which app they are actually supposed to use.

I downloaded this app for my smart Haier ac and this app does not let me login and every time says there is a problem with the password or email. I have it saved in my password and even after that it says that something is wrong, I don’t know who they hired to do this app job. I’m really disappointed.

The App is buggy and doesn’t work with The new Marvel or Pearl series, it’s lamented that we have to pay a premium amount for a feature and at the end the feature doesn’t work because of a buggy app, this has been the case for a year now and it seems like the developer has no interest in sorting it out.
