I’ve been genuinely impressed with GunVault. The app itself is excellent clean, easy to use, and exactly what I was looking for to organize and track my collection. I ended up purchasing both built-in premium features and do not regret it at all. What really surprised me, though, was the customer support. I couldn’t find one specific feature, so I sent them an email on a Friday evening fully expecting to maybe hear back sometime Monday. Instead, they replied within just 2–3 hours. Honestly, I did not expect that level of responsiveness at all, especially late on a Friday. The support team was helpful, professional, and solved my issue immediately. Great app, great support, and overall a very positive experience.

WOW! In my opinion this is an excellent and must have application for any gun or rifle weapon owner who wants to keep track of serial numbers with pictures and other pertinent data including accessories like red dots and lasers. Plus the most important feature is developer responsiveness and desire to improve and add features that I recommended to make this the best program for gun owners. Additionally you can use this app among all of your Apple devices like iPad MacBook and iPhone. I highly recommend this app especially when I compared this app to 3 others that I have and this by far is the best. Bo

I don't know if this posted before, I can't find my first review, so I hope I don't duplicate this review about the duplicate issue. I was having issues with the items in my inventory duplicating themselves. It did this across an iPad and an iPhone. I reached out to the developer and he was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. His responses were almost immediate and worked very hard at resolving this, which it was. I love the app and the features it has. Can't say enough good things.
