The directions link within our booking took us to the wrong location, 25 minutes away from our tour. Thus making us miss our tour because we were at the wrong location because we followed the directions link included in our booking confirmation. Use any other service for booking tours in London. Would not recommend. The WhatsApp chat was basically no help either as all they do is say they tried to call the tour director for our tour that of course can not be reached . Total aggravation and frustration. And they are sorry there is nothing they can do bc they gave wrong directions and made us miss our tour.

This app is so useful and helpful if you are travelling around Europe!! It gave me so many amazing ideas and saved me lots of time planning!
