First time using this app I had a great start in roulette, put in £10 managed to work up to £600 took out £500 no problem I then kept going with the £100 managed to get up to £970 which I then tried to take out £750 but my card wasn’t connected anymore for some reason, I should of stopped gambling at that moment and took it and ran but of course I didn’t, I was down to £760 after no hits doing my usual bets £8 on 8,11,23,30,36 and suddenly my bets get rejected and it lands on my number that’s £280 robbed but I keep going a couple spins go past not hitting and then my bets get rejected again and it hits my number again one of those bets being £16 a number so that’s about £800 robbed, I’m thinking surely this is a coincidence but in the next 6 rolls 2 of them hit my numbers but yet again the ones that hit my numbers the bets were rejected it all went down hill from there total of about £1200ish robbed, I ended up losing the entire £740 now usually I’d be like welp that’s gambling for you but it wasn’t they definitively have the streams delayed so they can reject bets of people that are way too far in the profit zone but in the end I still made a profit of £490 and will not be using this app ever again. House always wins.

First of all the games don’t load up sometimes, when they do, they crash constantly. (I have the most up to date version). My deposits sometimes get declined for no reason, (I try several payment methods), can be so frustrating when you’re playing/losing and you can’t deposit to carry on your game. One time even my deposit went through fine but I didn’t get the credit to play for several hours!! Nevertheless I carried on playing on your site losing thousands, for a couple days it got less glitchy, I thought problems had been resolved and when finally I hit a mega feature on a slot for a chance to win the top jackpot prize of £21k the app conveniently crashed. I tried restarting the app nothing, I even tried to login and play on the site with my laptop with ni success, I can’t even play any other slot as it displays a message that I’m currently playing another and when I go back to the one I hit the mega feature on it’s stuck on loading and then comes up with a message ‘system error’ so far it’s been 7hrs, I’ve sent two emails with no response! I will call them shortly and give them a piece of my mind ! All in all a lot of updates needed to regain my trust but I don’t think I’ll ever play here again unless I get some sort of compensation.
