Having used it a bit more, I decided to review it in greater detail, but just to be clear, I seriously doubt the credibility of any 5 star review on here and instead suspect most of them are merely trying to inflate the actual rating of this app. Issues: Very limited features without premium. - Can’t see who viewed you, which comes standard on several competitors’ apps like GROWLr and Scruff. (You’ll get an annoying notification that someone viewed you but can’t tell who) - Most search parameters are locked. (Can only adjust age and distance) - Far too many fake profiles. Beware “Sugar Daddies”. (Not as bad as Grindr, but the fake profiles get annoying.) - The grid of nearby is not even sorted by distance. (This is a standard feature across all similar apps....) -If a premium member contacts you, their message will always appear “unread” unless you respond. (In other words, to get rid of the little badge notification of a new message, you’ll have to either respond to the fake sugar daddy profile, or delete them as they come.) Pros: - The UI looks fresh and unique. - Did notice new people nearby I hadn’t seen on the other apps I use. Summary: Overall a decent attempt, but the longevity of the app will depend upon how effectively the developers can remove the fake profiles as well as easing up on “premium” features that come standard on all other competitors.

So it’s good to have both these apps because you can meet different people since some are completely different than the same old tired queens on growlr. They [growlr] allow you to add more public pictures and I think even more private ones. One thing that is cool and unique with this app is the fact that you can add gifs to your message without even using the tenor keyboard. All in all it has been a great app so far, no crashes and you see more and different people. Two things I wasn’t crazy about was you have to be a premium member to unlock more profiles and there is a way to see who viewed your profile but it’s a premium feature. Just download it to have some more variety.

I recently downloaded the app Grizzly and so far I’m happy with it. It’s a fun and well constructed app. I’m of course a user of another really great bear cultural social app as well and this app is a welcomed addition to my Social Apps folder. Easy one hand app operation for the most part when browsing adds, sending a Grrrr and checking out pics. Although I did experience Bit of a delay with loading smoothness when switching between app sections. This is a small thing and will probably be fixed in an upcoming update I’m sure. My only real gripe is a glitch that resets your filters when you leave the personal adds browsing section of the app. Adjusting those sliders to the desired position is like an app mini game lol. It gets old having to reset It constantly. Other then that, I like this app a lot and will continue to use it. Thanks for the cool app, guys!
