Great Rewards SG

Terrible experience with the Great Rewards programme. My receipt was submitted on the same day to the mall info counter officer who was on duty for scanning. But it did not appear in my activity when I checked later on. I even sent Great Rewards the visa expense slip as proof of purchase as the original receipt was destroyed after submission to the counter officer to compute. But instead of assisting me with reward points due, Great Rewards sent useless, standard replies about how I should submit receipts on the same day etc. that totally ignored and failed to address the situation. They should rename their customer loyalty system EXASPERATING instead of Great Rewards. Disappointing!

How a Rewards app should be! It’s really easy to use and the instant conversion of spend to points. It feels good to see my points get updated in real time, makes the entire shopping experience so much more fun! Speaking of fun, you can even play games on it!

The ‘scan receipt’ camera function cuts off long receipts so the shop name cannot be seen and hence, cannot be claimed. The receipt fits correctly within the frame of the scan receipt function but yet, it gets cut off in the process of submission to whoever is processing it. Fix this please otherwise it’s pointless shopping at your malls and attempting to claim. Very frustrating.
