I downloaded this app to watch Little House on the Prairie, which I stumbled across on the Great! tv channel a few days ago and immediately fell back in love with the story just as I had as a child. However, the show on the app is a huge letdown - there’s no option to add it to My List, or to select specific episodes, or - most shockingly of all - NO SUBTITLES. I am hard of hearing and also neurodivergent so subtitles are crucial for me to be able to enjoy tv. I tried watching the first episode without them but the sound quality is not as good as it is on modern tv programmes and the narrator does not speak super clearly so unfortunately I had to give up after just a couple of minutes and have been left thoroughly disappointed and frankly disgusted. It is 2026, why on earth doesn’t every programme on every platform have subtitles? There is absolutely no excuse. It’s not difficult, especially now AI is widely available. Why wouldn’t you want to make your app inclusive? Sadly, ableism exists far too widely, even in this day and age. Avoid this app 👎👎👎👎👎

At the start it was great to be able to watch movies or old Tv shows from a good selection. But now when the program starts an advert plays on top of it, or even better it freezes and you just get the audio. If the ad does go away and you rewind the ad comes on again.

I love the tv channels and was hoping I could download the app and watch more. Sadly this is not the case. Update, I have had an email reply to say that they have updated a few things and should be available in 24 hours. But unfortunately it still doesn’t work.
