Golf Boy: Idle Golf Tycoon

Okay when I say don’t play it I actually mean it! They COPIED another game called baseball boy this is not okay and you should not copy other games it is really not cool and also there is ads galore so please please please please!! You are basically giving the developers money when you play so please don’t play this they literally copied another game and this is not okay.. And your probably like “Ugh she’s just jelly and she just is talking about the concept blah blah blah” no! Not at all! This game copied EXACTLY like baseball looks like when you upgrade something it look exactly how you upgrade something in baseball boy! And when you swing and there is a thing with colors and you try to go on the green that looks EXACTLY like in baseball boy and that is exactly what you do! Honestly they should take this game down for copying another game! This is not okay I repeat this is not okay! 🙄

I really enjoy the game. Just got it and I’m moving along pretty fast. The key is watching ads to get gold balls then waiting to get a hole in one to use jackpot spin. I can go up around 15 levels in each category each time I do that. Just a tip :) love the game and I can see it has enough content to keep me entertained for a while. Also the golfing aspect makes it much better game play than the baseball boy! Game which is what I saw the ad for this while playing.

Before you skip over this review because it’s like a mile long, I just want to get one point across. DO NOT GET THE GAME, YOU SPEND MORE TIME WATCHING ADS THAN ACTUALLY PLAYING THE GAME. Okay, now to begin the criticism. This game is hard evidence of how greedy the game developers are. First of all, it’s a cheap rip-off of baseball boy, and they can’t deny it. Almost everything about the game just screams baseball boy. How there are four upgrades that you can buy, one including strength. The meter to hit the ball is almost EXACTLY the same, except the colors are reversed. The graphics are so similar. Even the name is a copy. I haven’t even gotten to the ads yet. There are WAY too many ads. As most people know, ads give the game developers money, and this game has a TON of ads. Like I said earlier, I had the game for about ten minutes, and I would say that I spent more time watching ads than actually playing the game. In the middle of a put, an ad will come up. When you buy and upgrade, an ad will come up. Even when it asks you if you want to watch an ad for a boost, and you hit no, it will still give you an ad. As I said, do not get this game, it’s not worth it.
