Golden Nugget 24K Select Club

I have tried for 1 hour to log into my account. Tried changing password multiple times, always says password has been sent to email but it isn’t, not a single time. I’m giving up.

Never lets me log in. Even after calling and asking my email I used. And the email that gets the flyers is the same email I tried to log into. And yet says that email is not associated with the account. 😐. What a fail. Would book more here if the app actually worked. But I end up going across the street as their app always works. 🤷🏽‍♀️

This app is definitely more clunky than let’s say an MGM type app. you have to remember Golden Nugget is a standalone casino brand. not like MGM or Caesars which has many brands and more money to put into an app. Having said that, I’m able to book rooms on the app just fine. I can see my tier status and available comp offers. That’s all that really matters to me.
